 Julie Zelman

Julie Zelman got her start in real estate when, as a celebrity personal assistant, one of her job requirements was finding her boss an apartment. Unfortunately for her boss, Julie discovered her true passion and soon after entered the real estate world.

After finding great success as a sales agent at Halstead Properties where she was both a member of the Producer's Council and Platinum Circle (awarded to the top 20% producers), she went on to work directly for the real estate developers, The World Wide Group.
As the on-site agent at both the new up-scale condominium developments, The Milan, and 255 East 74th Street, Julie sold the highest price-per-square-foot apartment in the history of The Worldwide Group.

Most recently Julie has been an independent broker specializing in the sales of high-end residential coops and condos. She believes her success stems from her positive, optimistic attitude and approachable personality, coupled with extreme professionalism and genuine passion for real estate.
Julie supports the Sloan Kettering Pediatrics, volunteering for kids with cancer.

Julie holds a BA from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI
